MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From frame preparation to final packing.
Specification & pattern preparation
Confirm dimensions, materials and details, then prepare drawings, cutting patterns and templates.
Frame & upholstery material cutting
Cut frame components and fabric or leather according to the confirmed specifications.
Frame assembly, springs & webbing
Assemble the frame and fit the specified springs, webbing and supporting components.
Foam & cushion filling preparation
Cut and shape foam, and prepare the specified seat and back cushion fillings.
Sewing, upholstery & final assembly
Sew covers, apply padding and upholstery, and fit legs and other components.
Final QC & packing
Check finished sofas against the agreed specifications and prepare them for packing.

Final checks & shipment
We check the finished sofas and packing against the agreed requirements, then coordinate shipment arrangements with you.
